The Ski Moms Shop is an extension of The Ski Moms, a community created to connect women who love skiing, snowboarding, and mountain life.

Our community includes a podcast, newsletters, events, travel resources, and thousands of women who share our passion for winter adventures.

Who designs your merchandise?

We're especially proud of this part!

All of our merchandise designs are created in collaboration with a woman-owned design business. Supporting female entrepreneurs and independent creatives is an important part of our mission.

Our original designs celebrate the humor, friendships, adventures, and shared experiences that make the Ski Moms community special.

Are you a small business?

Yes! And every purchase means the world to us.

We're an independently operated small business, not a giant retailer with massive warehouses. Every order helps us continue creating content, experiences, and connections for women who love winter.

Shipping & Orders

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping options and any applicable costs are displayed at checkout.

How long will my order take to ship?

We're a small shop, and we work hard to get your Ski Moms goodies on their way as quickly as possible!

Processing and shipping times vary depending on the product, inventory availability, and time of year.

During busy holiday periods and special product launches, orders may take a little longer. We appreciate your patience and support!

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.

Because we begin processing orders promptly, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your Ski Moms merchandise!

As a small business, we offer merchandise credit only for eligible returns. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method for standard returns.

Our return guidelines are simple:

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
Merchandise must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide return instructions.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll issue merchandise credit for eligible returned items.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable for standard returns.

We appreciate your understanding. This policy helps us keep our small business sustainable while continuing to create fun, original merchandise for our community.

Can I exchange an item for a different size or style?

If something isn't quite right, please reach out!

We cannot guarantee direct exchanges due to limited inventory. However, eligible items can be returned for merchandise credit, which you can use toward another purchase.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Can I return digital products?

All digital product purchases are final sale.

This includes downloadable books, guides, printables, planners, and other digital products.

Because digital products are delivered electronically, we cannot accept returns or exchanges or offer refunds for these purchases, except where required by law.

If you experience a technical problem accessing your digital purchase, please contact us. We're happy to help!

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Oh no! That's definitely not the kind of surprise we want you to receive.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly with your order number and photos of the issue.

We'll review the situation and work with you to make it right, including any remedies required by applicable law.

How should I care for my Ski Moms merchandise?

We want your Ski Moms goodies to last for many ski seasons!

For apparel, please follow the care instructions on the garment label. For drinkware, stickers, and accessories, check the individual product descriptions for care recommendations.
